K McLeod Books Digital Product Refund Policy

At K McLeod Books, we are committed to providing high-quality digital products, including ebooks and audiobooks. Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital products are final.

No Refunds on Digital Products

All purchases of ebooks, audiobooks, downloadable files, digital guides, and other digital content sold through K McLeod Books are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Because digital products are delivered electronically and can be downloaded immediately after purchase, we cannot offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a purchase has been completed.

By purchasing a digital product from K McLeod Books, you acknowledge and agree that:

All digital product sales are final.
No refunds will be issued for accidental purchases.
No refunds will be issued if you change your mind after purchase.
No refunds will be issued if you do not download the product.
No refunds will be issued due to incompatibility with your device, software, or reading/listening platform.
No refunds will be issued because you did not fully read the product description before purchasing.

Exceptions

A refund may be considered only under the following circumstances:

You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical error.
The purchased file is corrupted or inaccessible, and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
The wrong digital product was delivered due to an error on our part.

In such cases, customers must contact us within seven (7) days of purchase.

Technical assistance does not guarantee eligibility for a refund.

All ebooks and audiobooks sold by K McLeod Books are protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, sharing, resale, or transfer of digital products is strictly prohibited.
